Where does my order ship from?
Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Houston, TX. In some cases, we will ship merchandise directly from our warehouse in Japan in order to get it to you as quickly as possible if we are out of stock at the Houston warehouse. Please rest assured that you will not be charged a different shipping cost if your order is shipped from either location.
Do you ship internationally?
We are sorry, but we do not ship outside of the US at this time.
How long does it take to receive the goods?
Generally, orders are expected to arrive to you in 2 - 7 business days depending upon your location within the continental United States.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel or make a change to an order, e-mail us at info@flobal.com as soon as possible. We will then check to see if the order has already left our facility. If the order has already shipped out, you will not be able to cancel or change your order. If the order has not yet shipped, we will try our very best to make the necessary adjustments to meet your new request.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

No, it is not necessary to register an account to place an order with us. You may choose to proceed with a guest checkout. But please feel free to register an account on our website for faster processing on your next order.
