We offer free shipping on all product purchases over $99. Free shipping only applies to ground parcel orders within the continental US and Hawaii.
Shipping charges for orders under $99 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once it ships, we will email you the tracking information to let you know your order is on the way.
Generally, orders are expected to arrive to you in 2-7 business days depending upon your location within the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii are averaging 4-8 business days. We only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please understand that unforeseen situations, such as weather conditions, may affect transit times.
Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Houston, TX. In some cases, we will ship merchandise directly from our warehouse in Japan in order to get it to you as quickly as possible if we are out of stock at the Houston warehouse. Please rest assured that you will not be charged a different shipping cost if your order is shipped from either location.
We are sorry, but we do not ship outside of the continental US & Hawaii at this time.
Inventory and lead time messages are updated daily to maintain accuracy and are subject to change as orders are processed throughout the day. If your order contains both in stock and out of stock items, those available will ship first. As soon as the remainder of your order becomes available, it will ship separately. This does not affect your shipping costs.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly on orders and at checkout. Flobal is not responsible for any delivery address errors that result in lost or missing packages and will not refund any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If a shipping destination cannot be found due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Flobal and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If, after the package returns to Flobal, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address or they will not be accepted. COD returns will not be accepted.
All products shall be deemed to be delivered and risk of loss relating to shipment shall pass from Flobal (Seller) to Customer (Buyer) at such time as product is loaded onto a transportation carrier vehicle. All claims by Buyer for damage, loss or delays in transit shall be made by Buyer against the carrier, and Seller shall have no responsibility or obligations with respect to any such damage, loss or delay.
All products will be packed for shipment in accordance with Seller's standard practices, packing methods and shipping documents. Manner, route and carrier of shipment will at Seller's sole discretion. Buyer is responsible to inspect equipment for damage caused by the carrier and to promptly notify carrier and Seller of any damages found.
