We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the item and/or reason for the return.
An RMA is valid for 15 days. Therefore, products must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date. If you would still like to make a return after your RMA has expired and you are within the return guidelines, please contact us for a new RMA.
If you have ordered the wrong product or no longer want a product you ordered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns created because we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or because the item is damaged or defective, qualify for free return shipping.
